just add 4% acrylate copolymer

I think there is not any issue occurred if you using that. It will only effect on your quality and color of your final product. There is no any difference happened on Thickness or texture of your product. If your supplier don’t change the material than you can use it on your formulation.

GHTC and PQ-10 is also work as a conditioning agent and yes because of PEG 150 Distearate you must heat this phase.if you add more conditioning in you shampoo than you can add Dimethiconol (and) TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate(silicone emulsion) or CTAC or PEG 7 or more…
and still if you will facing some problems than you will contact me +91 8141097180

I used niacinamide with ascorbyl glucoside i face serum. I observed that niacinamide is not worked with Ascorbyl glucoside because of after 1 month later degradation and color changing problem started.so used Ascorbyl Glucoside or any vitamin c alone for better stability and effectivity.

C2H5Cl + AlCl3 → C2H4 + HCl
Here ALCL3 is working as a catalyst. The reaction is typically carried out at high temperatures and pressures . The reaction is exothermic.

let me tell you that in sulfate free formulations you don’t required sodium chloride. it’s does not work in sulfate free formulations. Here are some tips which can help you.
GHTC=0.1%
PQ-10=0.1%
PEG 150 DiStearate=1%
Primary surfactant=18%
Secondary surfactant=14%
Acrylates Copolymer=2%
Replace your past formulation with this.

Both Phenonip P4 and Germall Plus are effective preservatives that can be used in cosmetics. However, there are some key differences between the two preservatives that may make one a better choice than the other for your specific formulation.
Phenonip P4 is a mixture of parabens, while Germall Plus is a mixture of diazolidinyl urea and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate. Parabens are a type of synthetic preservative that have been used in cosmetics for many years. They are effective against a wide range of bacteria and fungi, and they are relatively inexpensive. However, there has been some concern about the safety of parabens, and some studies have suggested that they may be linked to health problems such as breast cancer.
Diazolidinyl urea and iodopropynyl butylcarbamate are a type of formaldehyde releaser preservative. Formaldehyde releaser preservatives are not as effective against bacteria and fungi as parabens, but they are considered to be safer. They are also less likely to cause allergic reactions.
Ultimately, the best preservative for your specific formulation will depend on the ingredients in the product, the desired shelf life, and the budget. If you are concerned about the safety of parabens, then Germall Plus may be a better choice for you. However, if you are looking for a preservative that is effective against a wide range of bacteria and fungi, then Phenonip P4 may be a better choice.
It is important to note that both Phenonip P4 and Germall Plus are regulated by the FDA and are considered to be safe for use in cosmetics. However, it is always best to consult with a cosmetic chemist to determine the best preservative for your specific formulation.
I hope this helps!

Yes, that is correct. PVP-K90 is more often used in colored cosmetics than PVP-K30 because it has better film-forming properties and is more transparent. This means that it can help to even out the color of the product and make it appear more uniform.
Here are some other advantages of using PVP-K90 in colored cosmetics:
- It is more resistant to water and heat than PVP-K30, which means that it can help to keep the color of the product from fading.
- It is less likely to cause irritation than PVP-K30, which makes it a good choice for people with sensitive skin.
Here are some precautions to take when using PVP-K90 in colored cosmetics:
- It is important to dissolve PVP-K90 completely in water before adding it to the formulation. If it is not dissolved completely, it can form clumps that will make the product look cloudy.
- PVP-K90 can absorb moisture from the air, so it is important to store it in an airtight container.
Overall, PVP-K90 is a good choice for colored cosmetics because it has good film-forming properties, is transparent, and is less likely to cause irritation. However, it is important to dissolve it completely in water before adding it to the formulation and to store it in an airtight container.

That is correct, sodium cocoamphoacetate (SCAA) is a zwitterionic surfactant, which means that it has both anionic and cationic properties. At a pH below 7, the cationic portion of the molecule becomes more dominant, and SCAA can behave as a cationic surfactant. This can be problematic if SCAA is used in a product that also contains other anionic surfactants, as the two types of surfactants can interact and form insoluble complexes.
To avoid this, it is important to use SCAA at a pH that is above 7. This will ensure that the anionic portion of the molecule is dominant, and that SCAA will not interact with other anionic surfactants.
It is important to note that the exact pH at which SCAA becomes cationic can vary depending on the formulation. Therefore, it is always best to test the product at different pH levels to ensure that there are no interactions between the surfactants.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have other questions

1 year ago i tried the moisturizing shampoo with BTMS 50.i observed that there are no foam create because of i loaded oils in my formulation.in simple way if you want to make moisturizing shampoo then remove coconut oil, BTMS 50.use aquaporine, Aquaxyl for moiturising and for conditioning use Dimethiconol (and) TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate. 3% aquaporine gives you 24 hrs moiturising.

you should try some naturals anti dandruff actives likes waster pink berry. it has study report for remove dandruff in just 30 days and mainly it’s come from natural pink berry.

first I must tell you that dimethicone is water insoluble and dimethicone does not used in shampoo. you should add Dimethiconol (and) TEA-Dodecylbenzenesulfonate for conditioning effect and for your sepration problem used acrylic copolyemer 5%. Thank you.

There is primary surfactant and secondary surfactant and both are actives and there for the level is 30% to 40%

yahh it’s totally different. it’s my understanding mistake. apologize for that.return back to you answer..
it is possible that some manufacturers may market polyglycerin-10 as a lone ingredient in order to make it seem more appealing to consumers. However, it is important that polyglycerin-10 is not a very effective ingredient on its own. It is only when it is combined with other ingredients that it can be used to create effective personal care products.

It’s ok. There is nothing wrong. you just ask me for your clarification. still if you have any problem then you may ask. i will try my best for you.

there are a few tips that can help to facilitate the dissolution of PVP-K90 in water.
- Use warm water: PVP-K90 dissolves more easily in warm water than in cold water. So, if you are having trouble dissolving PVP-K90 in water, try using warm water instead.
- Grind the powder: PVP-K90 is a very fine powder, so it can be difficult to dissolve. Grinding the powder into a finer powder will make it easier to dissolve.
- Disperse in glycerin: Glycerin is a hygroscopic solvent, which means that it attracts water. Dispersing PVP-K90 in glycerin will help to hydrate the powder and make it easier to dissolve.
- Heat gently: Heating the mixture gently can also help to dissolve PVP-K90. However, it is important to heat the mixture gently, as overheating can damage the PVP-K90.
-
yes, it is generally recommended to use PVP-K90 in a lower concentration than PVP-K30. This is because PVP-K90 has a higher molecular weight and is therefore more viscous. As a result, it can be more difficult to disperse in water and can form clumps if used at too high of a concentration.
A good rule of thumb is to use 1-2% PVP-K90 in a gel. If you are using 2% PVP-K30 in a gel, then you could try using 1% PVP-K90. However, it is always best to test the formulation to see what works best for your specific product.
