Pure ascorbic acid can react with niacinamide under low pH giving yellow Niacinamide Ascorbate: https://skincarewithfriends.com/niacinamide-and-vitamin-c-derivatives-conflict/

But Ascorbyl Glucoside is not pure Ascorbic acid and is formulated at close to neutral pH, so I don’t see any reasons they can’t be combined

That’s a common internet myth. The activation energy required to get Niacinamide to react with L-Ascorbic Acid is far too high to ever happen in a cosmetic product sitting on a shelf. Even less so with a Vitamin C derivative. But, on the internet, facts are not what matter … if you are trying to market a product containing both Niacinamide + L-Ascorbic Acid you are setting yourself up to have to address the mispeception.

I used niacinamide with ascorbyl glucoside i face serum. I observed that niacinamide is not worked with Ascorbyl glucoside because of after 1 month later degradation and color changing problem started.so used Ascorbyl Glucoside or any vitamin c alone for better stability and effectivity.
