    Hello,

My purchasing team accidentally order the wrong material, instead of jojoba oil they order golden jojoba oil, and instead of sweet almond oil, they order almond oil.

is it okay to use them in baby lotion formulation?

Just make sure to reformulate, stability and check the INCI names. Generally no, unless you reformulate, but since oils, shouldn’t be an issue

Will not make any difference in the sensorial outcome or formula consistency, but may affect final coloration depending on how much used of each.

I think there is not any issue occurred if you using that. It will only effect on your quality and color of your final product. There is no any difference happened on Thickness or texture of your product. If your supplier don’t change the material than you can use it on your formulation.
