    Hi guys

Thank you for helping me with the hair mask formula, this is a leave-in hair mask. After a few minutes of using it on wet hair, it softens the hair, but does the hair stick together and become sticky? What is the cause?

    Remove EDTA.

There is a lot of heavy oils (Argan, Castor) and extras (Panthenol, Oat extract, Silk). That is why.

I would remove all the heavy lipids or have them at 0.1% for marketing (Such as Argan oil). Use Dimethicone at 2% Dimethicone and see how it goes. You can also lower all those actives.

        What is your preservative?

I agree with @paprik. Also, why did you include Cocamidopropylbetaine in a leave in conditioner? No need for that, but very useful in cleansing systems.
