  SPF

  I’d sent a same formula for SPF in vitro test to 2 lab based on COLIPA and FDA method respectively. The result of the SPF value are almost 3 times higher for the report based on FDA method.

  May I know how to convert the SPF value for both method vice versa?

  There is no conversion possible. They are two seperate methods, and the results do not correlate.
