    Hello,

For those who run small businesses, how do you source for difficult ingredients?

I finalised a formula a couple of months ago and I now want to make a small batch to see if people will be interested in purchasing the product. The problem that I’m having is that I’m finding it difficult to find one specific product: adipic
acid/diglycol crosspolymer (CAS 26760-54-3). I got the sample from Inolex (Lexorez 100MB) via Univar Solutions. The MOQ for the larger order is quite high for me.

    I’m looking for 5 - 7 kg and the MOQ is 18kg.

I have searched the web for this ingredient and I cant find it anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can purchase this or knows an intermediary agent that I can purchase from?

    Please help!

    Thanks! x

These guys are known for selling ANY size.

Granted there are several variations being sold….so you will need to seek clarification from them.

    Adipic Acid/neopentyl Glycol Crosspolymer (myskinrecipes.com)

Looks like KCI Limited also sells it…maybe they have a smaller MOQ?

    Good Luck.
