@belassi thanks, so don’t reconstitute in glycerol? May be using a homogenizer mixer, would that breakdown the peptide?

we think it may be Leucidal (natural perservative) that may be causing crystal rods, as it has crystallized in it’s container. Anyone ever use this product?

Waited some time to see if crytals would form. Opened our two test samples and observed long crystal rods in the large 100g samples BUT our 30g samples did not have any crystals. Same formula, same batch! So strange.
We are using these acids in the formula (outside of the Lactic Acid):
Buckwheat Honey (not an acid but i tasted the rods and they were sweet), Lemon Peel Ferment, papaya Fruit Ferment Extract, Fruit Extract, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract

Thanks. The supplier double checked and made a 0.5% solution in water and he got lots of foam.
-
we spoke to the supplier and they say it’s 99% DPG. waiting for them to answer the foaming problem
-
ok, thought our grade was ≥98%. yep, it’s the DPG. We made a 0.5% dpg in water, shook it, and waala - SUDS.
Bad grade?

Thank you. After first dissolving the sodium lactate in heat phase; and making the hyaluronic acid gel separately then adding last, there are no more crystals forming even after weeks.

Is that one of the best ways to suspend mica in a water based spray? Well, at least suspend some of the mica so the solution looks cloudy.
