The idea behind Pineapple Extract is that it may contain some trace bromelain in the extract to provide exfoliation. In reality it’s just a claim ingredient that won’t really do much, if anything. Just add 1% to your water phase. Bromelain itself smells strongly like the sewer.
Thanks alot, can I squeeze the natural juice and add to the water phase in 1% myself?
That’s up to you, but I am not a proponent of using unprocessed food stuffs in cosmetic products. I would advise against it. Like I said, it is just a claim ingredient for your label, it will have no effect in your product.
Okay sir. That means no need using it, will use water to replace it. Thanks

Body cream, not face cream. I’m using the following actives as brightening actives:
Niacinamide
N-acetyl glucosamine
Giga white
Licorice, I’m adding licorice to protect against free radicals. -

If your product contains 75% certified organic ingredients you can simply state that as a fact and put an asterisk next to each ingredient that is organic.
Thanks.

Okay. Thanks for your comments. When I’m done researching my ingredients, I’m going to upload them up.

I’m sorry for the constant question, I really want to get it right, can I use any of the above alternative you mentioned with Niacinamide?
-
Please, I went to search more on alternative to SAP, as for MAP, some site said pH 6, below 6 will cause discloration. Some said 7-8 to be more stable. Some said 5-6, anything less or higher won’t be stable. Please, I need assistance, which is true?
I would have used L ascorbic acid, but, I’m scared of oxidation.

Okay. Thanks. Should I use cold or hot water in dissolving it? I’m using 5% of it.
-
Okay. Thanks alot for your comments. Please, how do I effectively dissolve the Niacinamide to be added at below 70 degree C.
Also, please, which other ingredient can I use to replace the SAP to have exact pH of around 5?
From the comments above, the only issue now is the SAP.

Okay. Thanks alot. You just save me from such emotional stress. Lol.
