Unfortunately, some questions do not have good answers. This is more of a legal / regulatory question than a formulation question.
The quick answer is yes, stability testing.
But PAO is pretty much a fairy tale since no one knows how long the product has been around before it was opened. What if the user buys a product, forgets it for 5 years, then tries to use the product? That certainly will have a different expiration point than a product opened 2 weeks after it was made.

Sure you can mix those together. They won’t actually have any real positive effect but they should all be compatible.

This is a great demonstration of why ChatGPT is of limited use. It gave you bad advice (heating a fragrance oil is a BAD idea!) and then it just repeated back what you said - putting in too much oil could reduce viscosity.
It should have told you to use a solubilizer but that is not even mentioned.

At 0.5% I’m not sure it is doing much of anything. But it might help with keeping oils more compatible or tying up water so nothing can grow if you happen to splash some water into the container. Or it could be a residual ingredient from one of the other ingredients. Those would be my guesses.

What’s to stop the “not compliant” marketer from just not listing the parabens to become compliant? I’ve seen it suggested that licorice root extract may be spiked with parabens to get it to work.

You already wrote a mission statement above. Go with that. Then change it as needed.

That’s a feature I’ve requested the software developers add. At the moment I don’t have a good way to do that. Hopefully, it will be implemented soon because I like that feature a lot too!

To know what consumers think, you have to ask them. To do that you have to have some way of contacting them. Big companies use market research companies. Small, individual companies can use things like Social Media, Forums, email or person-to-person contact.
Ultimately, things like Mission and Visions Statements are things that companies figure out along the way. They aren’t things that you necessarily start with. And honestly, they probably aren’t important if you don’t already have a business.
You seem to be spending a lot of time on stuff that doesn’t generate revenue or sales.
If you really want to start a business I suggest you do this…
- Find / create a product you want to sell.
- Sell it.
- Repeat.
When you start making sales, then worry about mission statements and visions. Creating a vision or mission statement for a business that doesn’t yet exist or doesn’t have any sales seems like mostly a waste of time to me. It’s not necessarily a bad thing to do. But if it is preventing you from actually trying to make sales, then it is hindering your business more than it is helping.
