    Look!.. color fading due to the presence of chlorine >> there is a chlorine kits to check if ur water containe chlorine or not try it if there is high chlorine then you have to get rid of by different simple ways search about it

    esmail : try to use Euperlan PK 771 from BASF .. 1% ..add it finally before adding thickner .. I an using it giving very good result 
    Note : your formula need to be with high viscosity about (8000-1000 ) to make the pearly appearance stable

    Mel55 : pearly layer to be stable need high viscosity about (8000-1000 ) and if u are a home crafter don’t have viscometer so try to add NaCl with different % till make the pearly layer stable

    Ethanol 96% by % of 62.5 … this formula given by someone to be applied so do u think that BHA and BHT not important ??

    I have a problem with water treatment station “deionized water” so I want to find another way … and actually tap water contain chlorine that cause color fading so that I want to get rid of

    thanks a lot bill :) could u please put a link or any attachment to clarify ion-exchange column in conjunction with a UV lamp and if it is a huge system  and all I want for a temporary situation .. what to use instead ?!! 

    second thanks for the clarification of chlorine and chloride >>> do u have any idea how to reduce chlorine chemically or using any technique ??

    thank U Das .. but actually the sample analysed and was 95 um/cm was from carbon fiber filter and I wounder about it in color of shower gel or shampoo … did u try it before ??  or what is the maximum water conductivity u used ?

    Perry I mean frizzy hair … and 0.2% not give viscosity and my formula need about 3 gm NaCl I thought it is too much .. what should I do

    and I have an observation .. when I used shampoo with guar 0.5% and went outside my hair become terrible !!!

    okay well, now I Used HEC ( Natrosol 250HR) I dissolve it in water and added other components , and when I want to add excess HEC it didn’t dissolve and form a viscous layer at the top

    I used the thickener 0.75% … is it need to be increased ?? or using another thickener in addition ?

    okay I am a Pharmaceutical formulator and it is my first time to prepare such a solution and read about it a lot … and I have an ask in calculating NaCl eq. value so I want a help …
