yea aight. but its kinda like for high porosity tho. and correct me if im wrong ( again (lol)) but that shampoo looks like its gonna leav the hair dry, you know they get frizzy, and dry and it brakes and so on. but yea i get they dont need all of those other ingridients tho.
thanks for the help tho.

i know i know, but since im low porosity and all, my hair gets build up. and its more in to the no silicones shampoos, and that kind of stuff.
and of coures i dont know to much about formulating today, so you know i trust what u say, just kinda hard to wrap my head around that its SOOOO much they putting in, just because.but thank you tho, fr

aight i see hahhaa.
i get it yall not used to this. but i did get all of these ingridients from other popular shampoos tho, (yup even the shea butter and vinegar) and also what i was tryna do with the vinegar is (couse i feel like i gotta explaine that one) to close the cuticle and also it be having some good stuff for the hair, vitamisn and stuff ( i know yall dont like that stuff topical)
tho that was probably in a lot smaller percentage.
and i am not and i repeat not putting siliconesin this shampoo, m mm.
that stuff dont do me right.and also i would recomend to understand what im tryna do. to check out some afro hair shampoos, the cheap ones and the ones that make you live in a box for a month. aka tha espensive ones
but one thing i actually dont get how to do is the percentages tho. im mad bad at that. anywhere i can get that on lock? maybe your “how to become a better chemist book”?
hahaa thank yall tho.
i tried this for my low porosity hair. this be good to me

thank you for the answer
high porosity- open cuticle hair, absorbes moisture fast but loses it as quickly
medium porosity- cuticle is slightly raised, easy to maintaine
low porosity hair- closed cuticle hair, does not absorb water or moisture fast, but can hold on to moisture for a while.to measure the hairs porosity you have some different tests, the float test where you put a strand of clean hair in a glass and chack it after about 10 min if the strand is floating you have low porosity
if its in the middel medium porosity
and if its on the bottom you have high porosity.there is a few different test and you can also look at the characteristics of the hair
this is if you dont have a microscope, if oyu do have a microscope you can easily check it threw the microscope, and see if the cuticle of your hair is laying flat against eachother, if the cuticle is a littl raised or if the cuticle is open

normal decyl glucoside in shampoo at a low level
im not trying to put a whole bottle of it in a shampoo.
im going to use them at a resonable level.

Water, Polyglucose/Lactylate Blend, Decyl Glucoside, Vegemoist (Beet sugar extract), Babassu Oil, Safflower Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint), Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree), Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang), Japanese Citron, Gluconodeltalactone, Sodium Benzoate, Apple Cider Vinegar, Panthenol, *Xanthan Gum
this is an example of what i mean.
so if you know any of these types of ingridients this is what i mean. silicones and etc doesnt really do it for our hair. we need something gental and moisturizing, that cleans well but moisturizes even better.

thank you perry.
though i dont really prefere silicone because my hair tends to get dry faster. and its a little harsh on my type of hair.
And i do beieve there is people who has gone from high porosity to low if it the high porosity has been self inflicted. and i have used a very desent hair line (organigrowhairco) thats helped my hair out allot and its a vegan no sulfate etc line with some comercial ingridients.

what can i do to actually improve the hairs health? saying that hair is healthy is pretty straight forward though. but what can i add so that the hair actually looks better and the hair cuticle and hair actually improves?
what does the hair need to grow (yes i know you also need to eat and so on for your hair etc) and look beautiful.
any vitamins oils anything?
