@Benz3ne I did not believe suppliers for cosmetic Ethanol because when I ask about the other ingredients they did not know exactly and about IPM and MPG by experience they did not have significant fixative effect.
@ketchito about IPA  i’don’t think that toxicity because it is used with high level 75 % (v/v) as sanitizer.

@Pharma thanks for the answer about my definition of pharmaceutical Ethanol is Ethanol found in pharmacy and perfume’s Ethanol is Ethanol found in Cosmetics suppliers which is solding with very high cost, supposed contain fixative but actually I don’t really belive that.
And why many think that using isopropanol is bad idea to make perfume as I read?

@Soona actually it is really easy to enhance viscosity of your system without gum or carbomer you  just need to add adequat level of salt to have viscous clear liquid soap.

@Abdullah I guess that is bad idea for many reasons
    1)powder form is more stable
2)Diluate it will almost need preservative
    3) chelating agent in powder form is really easy to work with it so there is no convincing need according to me to Diluate it.

@filiz for sure for Steareth-2 and Steareth-20 you need to go to hot process cause both are solid emulsifiers which need heating.

@CarrieM actually as answer for your 3 questions according to me

    1) there is always an order for better process or product for your case it is not really important

    2) I guess that your product from lol supposed to be clear but if there is a suspect it will be about extract may the quality change from buying to other.

    3) Your formulation have good ingredients really , just two things for verifying: is the viscosity  good for serum  then if your product is stable (preservation is it fine?)

@Kunal adding salt is not mandatory, reduce viscosity can be done with deferent way I guess the best is making sample for low quantity as example take one kilogram make dilution with stiring then stop when you reach acceptable viscosity if your product is fine then no need to add correction else add some ingredients to improve  It, repeat this process until you get what you want.

@Kunal heating is not needed at all for your system just you need high speed stiring to dissolve it quickly, heating will help to dissolve quickly SLES, So adequat stiring will make no sense of heating.

@Zara I guess all : glycerin in high level, with thym extract and rosemary leaf oil can be very creative preservation system if it works.

@Tyss just a guess that soap did not dissolved well in cold process then it needs more time to dissolve then high speed stiring to give thicking effect.

@MurtazaHakim the rule is needed TEA equal 1,5 carbomer(in massic level) to neurtalize it and get pH =7 [ the amount can be less or more depends on desired ph] , however for your system which have more then 60 % Ethanol you will need as neutralizer AMP or other neutralizer that can work for your level of alcohol .

@letsalcido Old fashioned oils and lye soap have a basic pH that will open hair’s follicle and give a significant volumizing effect but sure will make hair Rough.

@Cafe33 @Perry  @ngarayeva001 others   by making reaserchment I find that also isopropyl palmitate can be good fixative and verifying vapor pressure value it seems logic so have any one idea about it?
