So you’re using both zinc oxide and titanium? What’s your final product pH, how fast do you see the issue occurring?

Did you use heat at all? why are you adjusting the PH- is this for the final formulation?
Depends on how large your large batch is, but a jacketed kettle with sweeps and vacuum would likely help.

You can try Carrubba for botanical extracts that also provide scent, the label would just read the name of the plant extracts they use to make the scent.

To limit test batches, don’t test this incrementally. You say you want as much SCI as possible, so try the upper end of what you are hoping for next (ex try 20%). If that fails, cut in half and try again, Still a bit tedious but better than just slowly edging up.

SLES supplied at 70% concentration or 70% in the final formula? Heat will be your friend more than homogenization, and if you do homogenize you will need vaccuum or centrifuge to remove air.
