MemberNovember 1, 2017 at 6:57 pm in reply to: Confused on Trade Secret “Aroma” ingredientHello, there is also the option of providing your own “custom Fragrance”, you would design or reverse engineer the fragrance and provide the manufacturer with it. Please keep in mind that there is usually 25lb minimum and depending how many pieces you order you may not need that much. If your manufacturer allows you to provide it’s usually a cost savings and they should reduce the price per piece. If a custom fragrance is something you would be interested in please fee free to contact me and I will put you in touch with a fragrance house that is very good, I’ve worked with him for years.

I never heard back from you and just sent an e mail, if you have a formula that has been developed we can certainly use it to make a fill your components. Or we can develop a formula for you, with the above you would own the formula, that is the only difference.

Phase A is (1st 5 ingredients) heat to 70-73C then add to the 6th ingredient. The following 9 get mixed and added to phase a and b and let cool to 45-48C. Then add the next 3 ( 1 at a time). Do you think it’s in the procedure? Suggestions.
Yes it is clear, and the Ingredient Deck has to remain as is, it’s a reverse engineer

thanks Bob, we were trying alternate resources and dewolf wasn’t willing to give names, after trying several other manufacturers we were able to obtain. And yes we do help others out of jams.

If it’s at me I’m looking at the technical data supplied by the company. I know nothing gets rid of them but certain actives are proven to reduce the visibility of them

Have you done any stability testing as of yet? It’s always a good idea to see if the formula is stable, save you some money on a consultant. If you need a contract manufacturer when you are ready to go to market please feel to reach out to me at Beatrice@preciouscosmetics.com

I recommended WWP, turns out they tried to get my client too. Jerhel has a nice assortment of in stock components. I specifically useIvan Vashchenko(201) 688-1280http://jerhel.com/ or tryRachel Lynn GouvanisPackaging ConsultantAnything Is Possible!America’s only Hybrid Packaging SupplierBerlin Packaging1 Bridge Plaza North #419Fort Lee, NJ 07024 USABoth will try and work with below minimum quantities but please mention my name so they know who sent you.

The minimum quantities will drive the clients price up high. If we have to we will but thought there may be a drop in or product that performed the same.
I don’t have the percentages yet as it’s still in the works but the ingredients in order (if it helps) are:
Water
Ceteareth-25
Peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate
Propylene Glycol
Peg-7 Hygrogenated Castor Oil
Polysorbate 20
PVP
PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate
Peg-12 Dimethicone
DMDM Hydantoin
Iodoproppynyl Butylcarbamate
Methylparaben
Propylparaben

Are you looking for a matte lip stain? That’s what it sounds like, it’s liquid but when applied it can be matte.
Once you figure it out please feel free to contact me if you need a contract manufacturer.

HI Nyree,
I just met with someone today that does do smaller minimums for custom packaging. Try Rachel @ Berlin, tell her Beatrice sent you. Her number is 201-926-6323 (cell) or Rachel.gouvanis@berlinpackaging.com

HI danielyau,
I am not sure my message went through as I am new on the sight and had a few “cookie” issues and bugs to work out. I am with a contract manufacturer in New Jersey and I would be more than happy to answer any questions for you.
