  Liquid to matte lipsticks

  Hello! I’m looking to start a line of liquid to matte lipsticks. I’ve tried doing research and I’ve found formulas for every type of lipstick except liquid to matte! Any suggestions?

  Are you looking for a matte lip stain? That’s what it sounds like, it’s liquid but when applied it can be matte.
