  What is the difference between water and oil soluble extracts

  Sorry, I’m not a chemist and am trying to help out with ordering samples. This just threw me for a loop. The product is a cleanser with aloe and oils

  oil soluble extracts are essential oils of the plant, water soluble are extracts that dissolve in water.
