That is good that the results were somewhat better than before.
What do you want now?

EntrepreneurMarch 16, 2022 at 11:33 am in reply to: Help me with this “natural” body scrubI even don’t like the feeling of 1% Shea butter in a product. You have 16%.
If you want oily layer, use some glyceryl oleate in your product.
Does your client like preservative?

Several people did guide you on what to add or remove or change the percentage.
Did you make the changes as they guided you?
What was the result?

EntrepreneurMarch 16, 2022 at 7:49 am in reply to: Shampoo with SCI same % different order different viscosity@chemicalmatt @ketchito what about order of addition of SLES and CAPB?
I add SLES %70 to water in inline homogenizer to dissolve it, then add CAPB, then add polymer, silicone and etc.
Is this the best way of addition or you have another suggestion for SLES+CAPB?

EntrepreneurMarch 16, 2022 at 1:40 am in reply to: Sodium Chloride aqueous solution for viscosity adjustment of anionic systemsI make 20% solution first for my cleansing products and store some of them.
How did you dissolve 30% NACL in water and in how much time?
I once made a 20kg batch of 30% NACL in water and after 5-10 minutes of mixing it still didn’t dissolve completely. -
PhilGeis said:I’m only aware of phenomenon with surfactant-based products
Does it include anionic and cationic emulsions too or only surfactants based cleansing products?
-
@PhilGeis thanks
Is this so only for hyaluronic acid serum or in any product like shampoo and emulsion too?
-
I would say remove it
-
@PhilGeis do you mean if 0.5% phenoxyethanol cant protect against bacteria, 1% may not be effective too?
Or i couldn’t understand correctly.
-
One hair straightening ingredient is formaldehyde that i think doesn’t have any alternative.
Another way is conditioner with silicones.

Agree with @Chemist77 + 16% labsa will not be very gentle to hands when you are washing your hands everyday for several minutes.

Are you a formulator?
Have you made any product before?
I think you have problem with a lot of things.
My suggestion is to study a lot or take a course to learn properly or hire a formulator to make a formula for you that works.

The smoothness of hair is from silicones.
Keratin is just for marketing.
-
What is the pH and other ingredients?
I would say use sodium benzoate with 9010.
-
It is a conditioner with cationic surfactants and silicones. There is no keratin here. Any conditioner with silicones and cationic surfactant would perform almost the same.
In that product keratin is just the company or product name.
-
What are the ingredients in the product?
-
Use guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride or Hydroxypropyl guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride

If bacteria start breaking down a compound that is responsible for shifting the pH lower, then the pH of your system will likely increase. But if the bacteria break down something that increases the pH, then the system pH will decrease.I got my answer. Thanks

My point is that is there any microorganism that can increase or change the pH of a product?
