Hi Friends
What is the emulsion which is used to integrate the silicone oil 350 with water without occurrence of separation?
I’ve experimented with tween 80 and 20 and nonylphenol phenol, but did not get to emulsification and each time was silicon oil floats on the surface .
The amount used is 15% Wet silicon 350
pleeeeeeeeeeez help me i trust all of you plez hep me

First, that’s a very, very high level of silicone. What are you using this for?

You want to create a stabilized matrix.
The top white glob…is the same thing I get with 10% silicone 350.

Magikal juju for cones and oils but the naturalistas will blow a gasket..lol..

Silicon emulsion available in the market will be in the form of milk cream …. i do not know how can i do that …. please help me

With that dosage amount I would think it of W/Si emulsion rather, have you tried DC 5225C Formulation Aid???

You might want to try CSS 7300 from Nusil. This worked for us before as water in silicone or silicone in water emulsifier.
