    Please how can I adjust my Hand sanitizer pH( pH 12)that have excess DEA 3% Instead of 0.3%DEA
    I added citric acid and the gel become watery and form  carbomer precipitates

    If the hand sanitiser is meant to kill microbes, then you should throw it away and start anew with less DEA ;) .
    I really advise against trying to ‘repair’ your mistake, it might result in a less effective product and for obvious reasons, this can be dangerous.

    Tony your batch is toast. You added way too much electrolyte - then added even more. That acrylate gel is done. Reboot like Pharma sez.
