  Base formula for facial serums?

  Does anyone know of any websites/places I can find a base formula for facial serums? I want to make my own facial serum but I don’t know what the base ingredients are that you need before you can start adding your own ingredients to it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

  Check online for commercial products and note their ingredient lists.

  The fundamental ingredient of this type of product is water.
