    @capsys like @Fekher said, the Steareth-20 and 2 are there to thicken the product. With this much, you’re looking at a very soft cream, probably even runny.

    Hand mixing with a whisk. I slowed down the stirring quite a bit and that seemed to help in reducing the amount

    You won’t be able to get a product with just those three ingredients. Look into adding soy lecithin, peg-40 hydrogenated castor oil, water, arrowroot powder, and an emulsifier. Good luck!
