@bimsmide your active ingredients are SLES and SLS. others like betain are cosurfactant. however we have test for determining the amphoteric active.
in your soap we can have these tests:
1- determination of anionic active(titration with hyamine)
2- determination of amphoteric active (titration with hyamine)
3- pH test
3- salt content test( if u add NaCl) -
@perry why confusing,it is clear that in liquid soap the active ingredient is anionic surfactant.

wikipedia isnt good in my opinion

yes , in baby products or in body shampoos its the best. Its milder that sls.
-
@bobz would u expain it again. the best way to thickening your batch with decy glocoside surfactant and having enough suspending.
-
The important factor in dissoving PVA in water is formation hydrogen bond. with increasing temprature some bonds are breaked and solubilzing decreased, so its better to disperse PVA in cold water and then heating it slowy.
-
@chem decyl glocoside isnt a very good tichening agent

I think carbomer and carbopol are as the same.
-
so I omitt aculyn 88 and use only carbomer?
-
U used both aculyn22 and carbopol in furmula?
-
