Problema solved: vegetable oils are fermented by yeast inoculation in a controled enviroment.

…or the raw material Is fermented prior to extraction?

Apparently there can be some benefit -

Pritty much for me. For instance if you have Sal butter in your formula, you cannot ignore its specific 40+% of stearic acid content, so different form other butters.

@Perry I don’t know how, but you manage to keep this forum polite, respectful and interesting of course. Open to anyone. A great place to learn. Thanks to you and to all generous members.

I will not feel frustrated of you think better to remove this misinforming content from the forum. Sorry for posting.

Oh no, Perry! This site popped up in first page while googling for vitamin c and blackheads

Amoung several unusual statemants, I was surprised reading that edta promotes vit C oxidation, but I put it in my C serum exactly for the opposite reason. I new I could rely on reassurement of your knowlege. Thank you all! -
Have you considered this study?
Please have a look at the “Fig. 4. Representation of the permeation and localization of various hyaluronic acid (HA) after fitting by their reference spectra and by comparison to the (a) positive (glycerin treated skin) and (b) negative (water treated skin) controls, (c) Cristalhyal (1000–1400 kDa HA), (d) Bashyal
(100–300 kDa HA), and (e) Renovhyal (20–50 kDa HA).”Seams like 1000–1400 kDa HA stays better at skin surface than glycerine and 20–50 kDa HA goes deeper, but thisis from my unprofessional point of view.
BTW my father had a Maserati and later on my mother had a Corolla, the only common thing was they were both gray.

Providing that‘ PENTAVITIN® has the ability to bind to free lysine amino groups ( ε amino group) of stratum corneum proteins which results in a covalent complex with high water retention. ‘ that can only be removed by the natural
process of desquamation, is it wise to formulate Pentavitin along with amino acids such as lysine and/or other aminoacids with free amino groups? -
I believe that betaine sooner or later is doomed to get a fishy smell by itself, you just accelerated somehow the process.

Regarding the Bath Oil formula you listed above, is it a cleansing product or you just add it to water? No idea

It has been hypothesized that dipole moment may influence skin irritation responses, which could provide one explanation for this difference since PDO and PG have different dipole moments—the PDO molecule having greater flexibility.
I wish I knew what is this flexibility about

That’s just a Maillard reaction, not a damage to your skin. https://labmuffin.com/vitamin-c-can-stain-skin-avoid/

In order of ruling out the first case, consider that in your list there are ingredients that play better at different pH levels, so it’s not unlikely at all that something ‘went bad’. -

I buy from this Polish site since many years, not best prices but a nice list of ingredients.
(Carbopol Ultrez 21 is very sensible to air moisture, try to pulverize it again) -
Thank you! I do have a small spot of SK and DMAE bitartrate waiting to be used. I’ll let you know if it works

May I ask how long did you make use of this cream before the lesion was gone? No urea?

because a pure lipidic mix does not provide the ‘moist’ part as in a lotion -
