For soap effect may changing emulsifier can be solution or make combination with other one. In general the ratio between emulsifier/oil seems not good (low) even with the presence of xanthan gum.

@PhilGeis please give me your opinion about combination between phenoxyethanol and benzyl alcohol for pH between 5 and seven and is sensicare 1060 Piroctone Olamine (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Glyceryl Laurate is effective in same range 5_7

Supposed that a lot of listed thickeners works in this pH range.

I find convincing costumer that it is the best choice better then following costumer in bad choice unless don’t convince him and don’t say that it contains silicone just when he try it he will like the texture (professional formulator should make the best choice follow the costumers you will make the worst hhh)
Then may you will try C12-15 alkyl benzoate or peg7 glyceryl cocoate but dimethicone almost too better.

Then for spreadability and other needs I guess dimethicone will gives you all.

@mikethair @Abdullah @Paprik According to science and bibliography it is easy to know the carateristic of soap(foaming, detergency, rincidity, hardness…) without even need to make soap.

It is free sulfate product a requirement from customer.

Thanks @Abdullah for sure as professional I will not take information for who/what ever. I’am learning from supposed reference sush ul prospector, technical sheet of supplier and professional, books the problem for me when I find contradiction between all this. So I find the truest way asking @PhilGeis and books.

I just worked with ultrez 20 in cream, that’s why maybe I did not face fish eyes problem?!
Then do you think that ultrez 20 for 10% free sulfate active surfactants can give excellent sensory feeling and stability as carbopol edt 2020 it did?

@Paprik I worked with ultrez 20 which seems too near to edt 2020 so there is no special just high shear for 15 to 25 min with neutralisation and you succeed.

@Cafe33 It is very interesting tip just i’am familiar working with carbopol so the instructions you meant high shear and adequate neutralisation or more for carbopol edt 2020?

Thanks a lot @Paprik just technically sodium coco sulfate is not free sulfate product may it is commercially free sulfate?!
About may plan i’am thinking about using alpha olefin sulfonate, then may CAPB, and or glucoside same for sodium lauroyl sacrosinate.
As thickener I guess I I’ll try alot, cationic guar, Hpmc, ultrez 20,saboderm sho, (Xanthan+guar) gum, versathix.
