@ngarayeva001 actually yes the emulsifiers in that product are glyceryl stearate and triethanolstearate ( reaction of triethanolamine with stearic acid , carbomer needs just 0,75 % of TEA or less) even the book says that it is o/w emulsion so glyceryl stearate can not alone provide o/w emulsion )
so TEA is used as emulsifier with stearic acid i make the calculation of required hlb and hlb of emulsifiers and i found two near values . -

Thanks a lot @Perry actually i use ingredients supplied by cosmetic ingredient suppliers ☺.

MemberMarch 31, 2019 at 2:06 pm in reply to: liquid laundry detergent down in the bottom of bottle@noorahfm you need to decrease the level of Labsa and increase the level of SLES.
-
@Amitvedakar
for thickness problem may
decreasing level of cetostearyl alcohol and carbomer solve the problem.
For separation and slicky problem i guess it is emulsion’s problem so you should calculate you required hlb then use adequat emulsifiers. -
@esmail adding adequat amount of NaOh will not affect CDEA this order is proposed to know exactly how much you need NaOh without adding LABSA or citric acid .
-
@esmail i suggest to add CDEA before Naoh why? because it will be easier to find adequat amount of Naoh so you just make 20% solution of soude and add littel by littel then check ph to reach wanted one.

@mikethair why do not increasing temperature around 100 degree C for reducing time of saponification ? i already did it in industriel batch with 70 kg of soap and i get good soap ( i think that best part of day is waste of time and money)
-
@Ted actually with kaolin , beewax , butter or fatty acid and liquid oils you can make what you want even in web you can find some formulation about that.
-
@MurtazaHakim for correction the best way i find that take for example 10 kg from your bad product then do correction with it for your case you need for sure acid to reduce ph as they said citric acid will be good choice then when you find the best quantity to add for correction , make your calculation to know adequat needed quantity for your batch.

@Rae i have experiences in such product for temperature hot process will be fine whatever temperature , higher temperature faster saponification in hot process i think 1 hour and half will be almost fine going at to 3 hours.
About steps it is always better cocking the diluating cause with time water will be evaporated if you want make diluating from start. -
Update: About borax beewaxate the hlb is near to 4 because it is used for w/o emulsion and return to required hlb for paraffin liquid w/o emulsion we find 4 .

this the video of making desired product it sees that oil level is more then 50%
Even by my experience for desired effects oil level almost will be more then 50%
So you think i can not make my product with more then 50 % oils? -
@smok i think as members said it is easy to find such information in google so i have same thinking with @ngarayeva001 it is better for you to make researchements and efforts before ask for help.
