First formula was a soap/syndet Bar using 70/30 Tallow/coconut oil soap with sodium tallow n-methyl taurate as lime soap dispersant.problems with cracking in soap dish made things interesting.Model similar to emulsion breaking as it needed a binding agent due to relative solubilities in water of STMT and soap.

sounds like you need to raise oil phase:seems too low for w/o emulsion.

you can run and plot surface tension as a function of SAA concentration (we used DN tensiometer with ring method) and determine critical micelle concentration (CMC). Area/molecule can then be calculated.

should not be difficult formulating:problem however spray contact with eyes may cause concerns as:even water can sting and/or cause mild conjunctiva effects(redness) in some people.

water not listed but coming in through extracts so does need a preservative::naturals likely to discolor on aging so edta may help but amine functional extracts(glucosamine) WILL REACT VIA mallard reaction leading to discoloration

WE do considerable work with antioxidants but need more info.Why a spray and what are you using for spray-drying time etc??also can have 1-2K units made

I was directly involved in Dove at Lever together with a myriad of syndet/soap syndet bars.The use of 80/20 Tallow/coconut soap at 10-15% will reduce slop(overnight wt loss) and also makes Dove Ploddable.Stearic aill reduce PH to 7.Adjust final moisture to about 5% and an antimicrobial PRESERVATIVE is not needed but ADD antioxidant such as BHT.Hope this helps Dr Bob

Use Baby shampoo technology for medium Lather and viscosity. mild to eyes and skin;easy rinsing.May need another variant for hair conditioning but once shampoo base is developed that should be easy.

Suggest Geoguard Ultra (Lonza) a mixture of gluconolactone and Na benzoate if your PH is about 5-5.5.It is also a good buffer and Eccocert approved-1% wt/wt should do it for challenge test
