K-sorbate is active at 5-5.5 PH the Pka of sorbic acid and it discolors (violet/blue) in storage at 50C after two weeks equivalent to one year at ambient RT.I would choose another preservative for your system.

MemberMarch 27, 2017 at 3:44 pm in reply to: Help Evaluating This Formula Please.Sorbitol esters is not an INCI name and as written in formula does not define HLB for emulsion:which is also low in listing.Needs a nonionic polymer emusifier because (as above Bill Toge comment) ammonium salt could mean cationic emulsifier.Respectfully the formula is not well described or designed. But if you have to fix it use combination of Xanthan gum and Slerotium gum as stabilizer.
-
Have not used it, but Looks like you need an emulsion stabilizer—xanthan gum or a polymer -I think they say that in Data Sheet.

Thixin R should work

Would not mix up situation with makeup removal particularly around eyes. But we have made cleansing shower gels with superfatting oils which work fine depending upon your market audience. So do it and try a panel test.

talc in bars makes soap short (similar to excess salt) adding to drying effect-too much causes cracking—maltodextrin plasticizes -balance needed
-
TRUE—The sysneresis is likely coming from high glycerin. You can replace some with/ or all with talc or maltdextrin
