I would replace Clariant crosspolymer witth Ultrez 10 at 1 percent and add to water phase:neutralize with 1 percent TEA after forming emulsion.Adding two percent GMS to oil phase as Belassi said will help stabilize cream.

@eddyford The NeoDefend can be used in place of Geoguard Ultra as it is the same:also suggest you use 1-2% Propanediol in place of Butylene Glycol.If you can only get propylene thats okay also at same levels.(wanted to be sure you understood as above may not be clear).

First what is your definition of long lasting?Second the formula you posted has no deodorant activity so add Forestall first (Corda) and test it.

Change emulsifier to Simugel INS 100-HLB of ecomulse is unknown.If your PH is above 5 you can also use Ultrez 10.

Very easy to do:use HCL and bring Ph down to 2-3-emulsion should split and you will get viscosity loss as per @Bill Toge above,If this gives you a problem, you can also add salt which is mechanism of carbomer release of actives on skin.

sounds like surface drying which can happen even with a sealed container with big head space.

If dilution is still causing fluctuations something hygroscopic in formula (acids) are absorbing water from the air so try dilution and covering first.I have seen this before.

Replace the antisol with HEC and add to water,edta and glycerine; heat to 60-70C.Use pre-neutralized sup[honic acid (sodium salt) and add to HEC solution followed by SLS;mix until clear cool and add sodium benzoate citric acid.If you can replace replace sodium alkyl sulphonate with SLES (3).

Sounds like you do need a sunscreen since the darkening occurs during the day w/o application of product.

try another meter if you can and/or cover the beaker around the electrodes when taking measurement.
