What’s the formula here; cationics include benzalkonium chloride, chlorhexidine gluconate, PHMB, cetyl pyridinium chloride, etc. What is the product application/category???

Use nonionic and the cationic if that’s the case. The cationic will be the antibacterial here.

Agree with @Belassi, it’s kinda complicated stuff and the stability versus performance is a big trouble.

Usman with that much fatty acids nothing would foam. Increase the SLES & SLS by 2-3 times each and reduce each fatty acid by 50% or 2/3rd. Try and come back with your observation.

Try it as there are trials to get the working formula. But your percentages look good.

In addition I would suggest something like Berol 260 which is proven to cut through grease very efficiently. And as @Duncan mentioned use chelants magnanimously as they also play a very important role in such formulations.

Alkylpolyglucoside, non-ionic and which won’t leave a residue on glass surface unlike the charged SLES.
