  Problem in preparing compact powder

  Hello Everyone!

  I am trying to prepare compact(pressed)powder in my lab using formulation:

  Talc- 64.5%
  Tio2- 4%
  Iron oxide yellow-2.5%
  Iron oxide red - 1.2%
  Iron oxide black-1.1%
  Preservative-0.2%
  Mica-0.5%
  Clay Powder(Brown)- 14%
  Magnesium Stearate- 3%
  CCTG-2%
  Olive oil - 3%
  Octyl Palmitate- 4%

  Procedure: Add ingredients one after the other with continuous mixing.
  After that, pour the powder in mold and pressed with flat glass base.
   
  Is it possible to prepare compact powder in lab level without related equipment?
  Next day I see that the compact powder cake was break and it is look like loose powder.
  What should I do? Any suggestions?
