I do agree with Perry, It may be due to oil soluble perfume or any of the oil ingredients, solubilizer may be needed here like PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil or Polysorbate etc.

It affected on appearance of the product which is a imp. criteria in case of any cosmetics.

Thanks @Bill_Toge , it is packed in vacuum sealed pouch &
kept for stability but colour of product changed at accelerated temp., All incorporated ingredients are powder form only. Is any of the suitable anti-oxidant available which should prevent discoloration during shelf life of product? -
I need stabilizer for peroxide salt because finished product (Powder hair colour) is getting oxidized at accelerated temp. (during stability). Sorry for delay…..

I think nobody is interested……

I have done a knockout experience but still not got solution. I know it is difficult product to make. But, i don’t want the proposed product to resemble shaving cream, it should rinse faster from face.

Then why don’t u use carbomer ready made dispersion which are Acrylate copolymer, they are easy to mix even with less air entrapment & moreover cheap also.

Thanks Belassi, @David, it’s a saponification system, really do we need emulsifier, i used Glyceryl
stearate & PEG-100 stearate (Emulsifier) just due to one of our competitor used it. -
U r using traditional version, please try Ultrez series of carbomer from Lubrizol.

Sorry for keeping long space between texts. Its by mistake.

MemberJanuary 5, 2016 at 1:12 pm in reply to: Organic surfactant compatible with low pH (3.5)?Even Non ionic surfactants are also advisable and stable at wide range of pH & also these are eco-certified but for organic claim need check with supplier. Please refer BASF range of Glucosides.

Try to soak carbomer for 15-20 mins. in water and then stir slowly. It may be helpful.
-
Somewhat same as mentioned by @ozgirl, i mean to say dual layer product discharge from one tube. Please refer - http://www.garnier.in/face-care/beauty/garnier/powerwhite/dual-action-face-wash

Semi solids should not mix even by shaking.
-
I mean, two separate liquids or semi solids inside tube or bottle.

MemberJanuary 4, 2016 at 5:13 am in reply to: How to prevent water from evaporating during emulsification? For making an emulsion, one should use enclosed system which would prevent evaporation of water to a certain extent or on basis of experience of preparation of 1 or 2 batches, chemist should take extra water to make up losses.

Preservatives are necessary here as Aloe vera is from natural source.
-
Is it natural of synthetic? Heading is Natural then why carbomer? please explain………
-
For advantages, please refer google.com & not necessary to add ethanol as you can add solubilizers for Salicylic which would be Glycol groups e.g. PG, Butylene G, Hexylene G ….etc
Note - 1, 2 hexandiol is preferable. -
I do agree with @Bobzchemist, formulator should search on google first and if He or She is not getting any answer then raise a query on Chemist corner. For starting formula, new comers should refer Prospector.com (as suggested by Perry). Natural means? fully or partially? or actives would be natural? please elaborate…….

@Perry, I made shampoo under vacuum as it will form less foam than open system. I think, if you control vacuum in vessel, you will be able to solve problem of more air entrapment. I do agree that foam will form in any surfactant system whether under vacuum or not but vacuum will solve a bit.
