  can any one help me out in developing an ideal  self cooling pack for pain relief?have read that usually urea is an ideal coolant but that has issues in availability. any other economic coolant

  Try derivative of urea. e.g. Hydroxyethyl urea

  hydrovance(hydroxyethyl urea) is in a liquid form…a solid coolant is needed….also cooling efficacy is not as good as urea!!
