Helpful infoThank you @Benz3ne.Mine perfume is oil soluble. 0.2% not effective.I know today fragrance free products are trending. But mild perfume required. that likes most consumers in our country.
I am going to try water soluble.

Also, P&G has done such a great job of publicizing the ingredient so most consumers have heard of it and have a positive impression of it. That makes it most effective at telling a story and giving consumers one more reason to buy a product. Is the KERATIN same story?

If there was good evidence, I would be willing to change my opinion. But there isn’t good evidence. There is only bad evidence that people with an agenda of fearmongering & the naturalistic fallacy try to propagate to the public.

well actually ADAPALENE is drug, while RETINOL comes in Cosmetics.I think it’s a process that make ADAPALENE more penetrating.

seaberry said:You mean encapsulation? Encapsulation (or microencapsulation) is a method in which active ingredients can be contained in micelles or liposomes, which can provide extra stability or penetration for some ingredients like retinol.
May be similar. this is used for ADAPALENE material (retinol group).
