PE in HDPE stands for polyethylene. HDPE bottle is not transparent. PET, HDPE, LDPE are different grades of PE. as I know.

4% chlorhexidine is Surgical Scrub & it’s a Drug Product. Normally 20% active

Benzoyl Peroxide is also acne product. & category country specific.

40% to 60% active.

@PhilGeis if we go for paraben free, can Euxyl K12+EDTA+Sodium Banzoate work for acidic / Herbal Shampoo/facewash ? or what other combination for paraben free with Euxyl K 120 works?

What is the robust pairing preservative with Euxyl K 120 (Methylchloroisothiazolinone/Methylisothiazolinone) in herbal acidic shampoo/facewashes?

we have EDTA, Parabens, Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol.

I would try 3-5% glycerin & 5% PG. if your your product is for Moisturizing.

I think 4% CDEA works as thickener in our formula. I think nacl requirement depends of brands of surfactants. As my CAPB comes with SB.

we have salicylic acid 2% face wash. SLES+CAPB+CDEA. not having any problem of viscosity. we don’t useformalin.

Ro plant give you 30% output. So other 70% have higher than normal levels of contaminants. It also depends on your source water & your RO system what your waste water contains. may also have bacterial load. because membrane filter also remove some bacteria.
