  Things in face toner

  please help with my face toner..

  i work at cosmetic company and formulating face toner.. the end result is good but there is flying things “like cotton” after maybe like 1-2 weeks..

  the formula is :

  water (aqua demineralisata) - ad 100 %

  Tween 80 - 2 %

  DMDM Hyndantoin - 0,5 %

  Etanol - 5 %

  Chamomile extract - 2 %

  propylene glycol - 2%

  dc red powder - 0.002%

  sodium metabisulfite - 0,1 %

  perfume - qs

  after formualting, the result is very nice, crystal clear toner but the things start happen after 1-2 weeks

  

  please help with this problem, all my toner like this

  it’s the dye that made the problem

  I would suspect that’s a fungal growth.
