SUCRAGEL AOF CLEANSING OIL
Hi so strange thing. Ive been using sucragel aof successfully since I got the sample. I’ve used it many times this past year with no incident. Last night, literally I tried 3 batches and I could not get it to gel.I did the exact same thing i do all the time when I use it. It’s for the same product which is a cleansing gel. Never had a problem once I got the hang of it last year.Do you have any idea that all of a sudden its not working? Its been very humid here in so calif where live. The beakers were dry. I didn’t change my process to in using sucragel at all. I have an order to fulfill. I did not change a thing. It kept turning white as if water was introduced, but there was no water.3 batches same thing. Any suggestions or help?Did I get a bad batch? I got a sample a in the fall of 2020. It still have some left. Did it expire? I have orders for the product, and I can’t make it without my sucragel.
