Good Evening. I have a stupid question regarding shampoos, if we want to make one for oily hair, will we need a sufficient amount of anionic surfactants? for normal somewhere balanced quantity? and for dry hair will they need softening agents?

You need sufficient surfactant and softening agent for any type of hair.

For daily use shampoo you need
1. Anionic Surfactant (SLES)
2. Amphoteric surfactant (foam booster, mildness, anti irritating)
3. Amine CC DEA
4. GLUCOSIDE
5. A humectant .. -
