  Mixer/Homogeniser

  Hey team. I am currently researching equipment to scale up my production. I am wanting to do my cream in around 10l batches. Looking at the Dynamic mixer/homogeniser. Just wondered if anyone could offer any advise please. The homogeniser has a speed of 3000 - 10500RPM. Also will using this prevent the small air bubbles I get or if anyone knows of a small vacumn mixer option?? Or anything also that would be suitable?? Thanks so much in advance
