    1)  Is it safe to methyl ester sulfonates in Hand wash along with SLES and AOS? If yes, then at what percent.

    2) Can I use methyl ester sulfonates and LABSA at 50% ratio in liquid dish wash?

    1. Your question is too vague. What is your formula?

methyl ester sulfonates are safe in Bar Soaps so I would use in Liquid hand Wash but why as they are expensive compared to AOS etc?

    INCI is:

Sodium Methyl 2-Sulfolaurate (and) Disodium 2-Sulfolaurate

Interesting.  I couldn’t find any safety data on that ingredient in the CIR (http://cir-safety.org/ingredients)

I am surprised also as these compounds have been around for a long time.First used C18 analog for/in soap/syndet Bar in early sixties which had safety clearances for at least a test market. I think Stepan should submit safety data to CIR and tout it as basis for cleansers in sulfate free arena.
