Starting a cosmetic line

Hello everyone.
So i gather that i should test and give survey and at the same time i want to build a community online/ So i was told start with facebook and IG and post content; your purpose now is to talk about skincare in general and amass a number of people then once products are ready start educating people on yoir product to build awareness.
I started that and id love to show you my facebook group( its called THESKYN Majlis).The purpose of the griup is to build the biggest community of like-minded people who will love reading what i say. I also thought about advertising the group in the USA and advertise to people interested in Moroccan culture and local products. bUT I DONT know how to attract people to build this community/Do we run ads or something like that?

@Ghita37, it appears you have a skincare product or brand you are attempting to launch and grow? If that is the case, try Tik Tok. Works for millions.

If you want to sell and advertise your product, make a Facebook page, not group
