  lotion based on mineral oil

  Could you please give me some advice to make a simple lotion based on mineral oil? What emulsifier can I use? Thanks in advance.

  The main difference between mineral oil and vegetable oils is that mineral oil is non polar and not prone to oxidation. Both o/w and w/o emulsions are more stable when non polar oils are used. So pretty much anything should work. Try Arlacel 165 it is a great emulsifier.
