  Looking for cosmetic filling machine

  Hello everyone,

  I own a small laboratory in which I formulate shampoos, creams and watery emulsions. I have very slight knowlegde of mechanical specs.

  I’m looking for a filling machine with the following specs for a small scale production (Around 100 kg of shampoo per batch)

  - 75ml to 5000ml filling capability

  - Semiviscous to watery systems filling

  - Around 20 filled bottles per minutes

  - Trustworthy brand

  What is your budget?

  Is manual pump acceptable or only automated?

  around 4000Euro

  Semiautomatic with PLC panel for automatic volume selection
