    Hello,
Chemist corner has been tremendously helpful with providing information to all my questions and thank you all for that!

I am planning to get raw material for my natural product from China or India, I’ve finalized some sellers and I would like to know if any of you have done that already please let me know what type of contracts I should prepare and what are the things that I should know to ensure what I receive is what I wanted or looked at.

There are several shipping terms like FOB, EX- works etc and what should I go with for low cast option.

    Thank you so much!!

shipping should be CIP (carriage and insurance paid)
I’ve ordered from CP Biotech and found them 100% reliable.

can you share me the website or contacts for CP Biotech?  Also CIP is door delivery or delivered to some ports? I am not sure.

CIP is an INCO term, it means carriage and insurance paid.
    Just Google the company name.

@Belassi , Thank you and I found a website with definitions for all  INCO Terms. Great learning experience for me, each day I am learning something new :)

Great! About 40 years ago, Marconi sent me on a course to learn the legal wrinkles of the INCO system. Later when I began an import company from Taiwan that knowledge became useful for the first time. In general my experience with Chinese suppliers has been good. I can get specialist ingredients that are otherwise unavailable.
