  Hello, since I’m not in USA I’m having trouble with new FDA regulation changes. I’m looking for a hiqh quality private label company for MOQ. I’m interested with color cosmetics especially liquid and sheer matte lipsticks and liquid eyeshadows. Thanks in advance!

  Hi, have the formulas been finalized or are you looking for private label bases? What are your MOQ requirements?
