    Hello ..
i am work to formulate Hair Straightener based on glyoxlic acid
and i reach to very good results but there are some problem in the formula related to Hair cutting and Hair Loss during iron Hair with the flat iron and this problem i think it related to  2% of PEG-400 and 2% of PEG-4000 in my Formula so the question is this Percent High
? and did this material not safe for using in Hair Product ? another question whats the rule of  PEG-90M in the Hair Straightener Formula ?
also i add to Formula 3 % Lactic Acid did this percent is Safe ?
    thank you
