  greasy lotion

  hello
  my lotion below is ok when i use it with almond oil

  but when i used paraffine oil to make it astringent

  now became greasy why

  oil paraffine 10 %

   stearic acide 8 %

   Palmitate de cétyle 2 %

   Triéthanolamine 2,5 %
