    Please give suggestions on this natural lotion formula. 
    I made it and it was a little thin. I wanted it to be a little creamier and thicker.

    try adding some stearic acid

    Why stearic acid and what percentage? 3%?

    it increases the viscosity at high shear, i.e. makes the product feel more ‘creamy’; try 3% and see if that works for you
