  CBD oil solubility

  When working with CBD (which is oil soluble)  is there anything I can use to solubilize it into a water based or silicone based system?  I now about water solubility but that is still a very questionable method with test results that are lower the amount added.

  Suggestions if any?

  Polysorbate 80. PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. For all intents and purposes, you can treat it as Hemp oil in formulations.
