    Cationic creams

    Being asked to formulate a cationic cream.  what are the advantages to making a cream cationic?  I can’t get a good reason out of the client.  Any suggestions?  Is it better for sensitive skin?

    What does it mean to have a cationic cream?  How is it better for the skin care?

    Do they just want you to use BTMS as your emulsifier? It is often used to create a drier feeling cream.
    I’m not sure if there are any other benefits.
