  Can Niacinamide, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Palm

  Hi all,

  just as in the title, i want to make face serum and the active is Niacinamide, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 (Syn®-Coll) and 2-O-Ethtylascorbic acid. Can they all mix together become one product of face serum?
